The role
As Buenbit’s IT Analyst Engineer, you must be inquisitive, curious, and passionate about data privacy.
You will be responsible for analyzing, proposing and documenting controls to protect data privacy, as well
as supporting the engineering team in data privacy protection measures. Focusing on a security first
approach. If you like IT projects from start to finish using cutting-edge technologies in an environment that
enhances learning, creativity and teamwork, we are looking for you.
Requisitos
What you’ll do:
● Assist with the implementation of the legal compliance GDPR program for the company
● Monitor all the business processes related to data privacy to identify weak performing areas
● Analyze the data privacy risks involved in business operations
● Generate documentation and procedures to comply with GDPR and ISO27001
● Ensure compliance with all accounting business
● Coordinate with other departments to assist and identify compliance issues and direct them to the
right channels for further investigations
● Consult with the corporate attorneys to resolve the compliance issues
● Train/Guide/Help team members to follow company's compliance practices
● Understand professional business standards and industry practices
● Take initiatives for awareness-raising among staff with respect to data protection measures.
What you’ve done:
● Good interpersonal and communication skills
● Knowledge of EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as well as International data
protection rules
● Writing skills for reports, presentations and procedures
● Capable of delivering work that meets/performs to functional requirements based on business
requirements
● Assist with auditing tasks
Nice to have:
● Awareness or experience of industry standard methodology (ISO27001 & GDPR) implementation
● IT General Control, Data Privacy work, ISO27001; IT Risk and audit experience
● Experience as a Data Protection Officer, Compliance Officer or relevant position
● IT Audit experience ● English skills
